Being absolutely ridiculous I applied for a loan for $150 without checking them out first. Now I owe them $195 and they have never sent me the money. They won't return my e-mails. How do I stop them from taking money from my account? I don't want to have to pay for something that I never recieved and by the sound of whats going on with them they seem to keep taking money from peoples accounts even though they already are paid in full. Isn't this illegal? Can't something be done about it? Well anyhow how do I stop these payments? If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. Ask your bank to investigate the fraud. Report them to your states attorney generals office and the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov
